Library
The IBS Center for Geometry and Physics (CGP) has rich archive sources available to its members and visitors thanks to our host institution POSTECH as well as our own collection of books and international journal subscriptions.
Tae-Joon Park Digital Library
Tae-Joon Park Digital Library (also called "Cheong-am Library") opened in early 2003. The library has six floors with over 25,000 square meters of floor space and provides 1,150 seats. The library also provides seminar rooms for meetings and lectures, 50 group study rooms, reading tables and browsing sofas.
IBS-CGP members can use the library with their POSTECH ID card. The library is also open to visitors except during exam periods. Presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID (resident/alien registration card, driver’s license or passport) is required at the entrance. Borrowing library materials, however, is not allowed to visitors.
While connected to the POSTECH network, visitors can access the journals POSTECH subscribes to. (Click here for the list of Journals.) For more information about the library, please visit their website at http://library.postech.ac.kr.
CGP Library
In addition to the rich resources provided by POSTECH, IBS-CGP has established our own collection of books in the areas of our research. The collection includes books published by Springer and Cambridge and is available at the CGP Hall is in the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Room 143.
